Food and wine pairing workshop

This workshop, given by our sommelier or winemaker, consists of a blind tasting in our private room, where you will learn to pair 3 different wines and to distinguish aromas. In addition, you will learn more about the process of our wines, through a tour through our subway cellar and production area.
