Cancellation of your order request
If you wish to cancel your order, you must notify us within twenty-four (24) hours of submitting your order request by contacting us by clicking here to submit your request through our "Contact Us" option.
Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled, even if you notify us within twenty-four (24) hours of submitting your order request.
Ourreturnspolicy lasts for 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If a mistake was made in shipping the wrong wine or if you received a damaged wine, please contact us immediately, providing your order number and explaining the reasons for your dissatisfaction. We will review the specific circumstances on an individual basis and make a determination in a timely manner as to whether the return request meets acceptable criteria.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:
* Gift cards
* Downloadable software products
* Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds will be issued: (if applicable)
* Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original credit card or payment method within a certain number of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at email@example.com and send your returned item, to the address we will provide.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the donor received the order to be shipped to you at a later date, we will send a refund to the donor and they will be notified of your return.
To return your product, you must mail it to the address we will provide you.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
